cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size cubes or slices

bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces

can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

miracle whip salad dressing

curry powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste

bread slices, cut into small cubes

butter or margarine, melted
1/4 - 1/2 cup

cheddar, mozzerella or mixture of both, shredded

Grease a 9 inch x 12 inch (23 x 30.5 cm) baking pan with 1 tablespoon (15
ml) butter. Cook the broccoli in boiling water for just a few minutes to
tenderize
slightly but do not overcook. Lay broccoli in pan in small pieces to cover
bottom. Top with chicken.
In a bowl, combine soup, miracle whip, seasonings and lemon juice. Stir to
mix thoroughly. Pour over chicken and broccoli evenly, spreading around if
necessary
to cover all. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Combine bread cubes and melted butter and distribute evenly over casserole.
If you like, you can sprinkle with some grated parmesan cheese. Bake in
preheated
325 F (160 C) oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through.
